That's Easy!

Our return policy is a breeze here at NFG. Who wants to be hassled with a ridiculous return policy where you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to exchange an item or simply get your money back.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To request a refund or exchange, email me at neverforgottengifts@yahoo.com with your order number, tell us what's going on, and we will provide a return authorization number and an address to return the merchandise within 10 days.

Original shipping charges are not refundable and we do not cover the shipping costs of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS where you can obtain a tracking number and it is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. 

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records.
